Accuracy and Changing Records
Government offices may revise contact details, fees, hours, portal fields, and procedures without notice. Custody rosters and release records can also update after a delay. An inactive GDC status may help document a state-prison release, but a projected date can change, a tentative parole month is not a final release date, and a transfer is not always release to the community. We do not guarantee that every detail is complete, correct, or current. Confirm information with the agency that created it before visiting a facility, acting on a status, or sending money.

No Records Are Hosted Here
Georgia Released Inmates does not host jail rosters, offender files, booking photographs, warrant information, or court records. It points visitors toward the public offices and locators that maintain those materials. Confirm custody or release with the responsible county sheriff, the Georgia Department of Corrections, the State Board of Pardons and Paroles, DCS, BOP, ICE, a court clerk, or another issuing office. Direct a record request to that custodian.
